“We paid roughly €230 per night, which is almost 2,300 MAD, and stayed in room 608. From the beginning, we specifically insisted on having a room with a nice view and a higher floor. This was clearly discussed over the phone before our arrival, and we were assured that this would be possible. However, when we arrived around 2 a.m. after an event, the room we were given was honestly very disappointing. The view was horrible — if anything, it was a very rough and direct vis-à-vis, completely the opposite of what we had requested and paid for. The rooms next to ours, had much better views and less exposure. When we asked about changing rooms, we were told the hotel was fully booked. But after having breakfast there twice, it honestly felt like the hotel was almost empty. There were barely any guests around, and even the parking lot only had around two cars. Because of that, it was difficult to understand why our request was refused. Maybe they were trying to fill less desirable rooms first, maybe there were other reasons — I can’t speak for that. I can only speak about our own experience, and unfortunately, the room we received was extremely disappointing. The room itself was also very small, and we didn’t even have water provided. Considering the price, we could have definitely found much better options in the city with a nicer view and overall better value. That being said, the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay, and this criticism has absolutely nothing to do with them personally. This was simply my honest experience with the room and overall stay.”

Negresso coffee machine in our room and mini fridge which was useful |Big comfortable beds|Friendly staff |Lovely roof top terrace for breakfast/ lunch dinner drinks etc |We liked the location as it is in the business embassies district. |We didn't mind walking during the day to the Mosque and seafront about 25/30mins but if you struggle its only a short affordable taxi to the sights and restaurants ||Highly recommend”

“A beautiful hotel, well designed and well placed to get to the main places to visit in Casablanca. The staff on reception and the concierge were delightful, smiley and cheerful always- we really appreciated it. The dining area staff we encountered were not as cheery or helpful. The breakfast was mediocre, a meagre selection and not appealing. We didn’t like the fact that we had to wait to be served drinks in the morning, hot water, tea and coffee should be on tap for multiple visits during breakfast. The person behind the drinks bar was slow to take and make the orders and not particularly helpful- some cafetières or tea and coffee dispensers would remedy this. The room itself had a few cosmetic imperfections and could do with a deep clean, including the walls. We were surprised to see a lack of bidet showers in the bathroom, which was inconvenient and not in keeping with the culture we were expecting. Finally, the water went off a couple of times and the lifts were not in working on one occasion, both were rectified fairly quickly, but it was an inconvenience as we were not able to complete our morning ablutions.”

The staff are truly professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the stay very comfortable and pleasant. The hotel design is elegant, modern, and relaxing, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout the stay. The breakfast deserves a special mention: a delicious, rich, and varied buffet, constantly refreshed with plenty of options. Everything was fresh, well organized, and of excellent quality. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for such a high level of service 👌✨”

“I recommend this hotel for its excellent location in a great neighborhood. There are plenty of boutiques, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. The rooms are spacious enough, with charming balconies, lots of natural light, and a great shower and bathroom. I also loved the modern hair dryer, which is a nice touch and not something you find in most hotels. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay.”

“The hotel overall is very nice! But the service is unbelievably slow. You can wait for coffee for 15 minutes and 45 for a salad. The staff is very kind and nice, but can forget about your order and you have to plan every activity keeping in mind the timing. We were a big group and it took us very long time to check in. Also it’s a 5 star hotel and while the breakfast is good, it’s not consistent. I got an omelette which was quite cold and felt like it was cooked an hour ago, but in the other day the same omelette was amazing. On some days they did not have any salmon, so meat was the only option, which is definitely not ideal for a 5 star hotel. One of our group members got a room that is interconnected, so he could hear everything what’s going on in the other room, where people talked loudly until 2 am (they were not a part of our group) . Overall a very nice hotel and I would recommend it - the rooms are very beautiful, and the food in restaurant is amazing, they have a good selection of wine, exceptional pastry however there are some things that should definitely be taken care of.”
