“We (an American couple) spent one night here in spring 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Marly is a modern/chic hotel with beautiful furnishings and top quality service. Our room was spacious and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was HUGE and all black marble - very fancy. The room included 2 bottles of water and had a mini bar with drinks/snacks for sale. The wifi was strong and the tv worked well. The breakfast was huge and delicious - omelets, yogurt, fruit, pastries, fresh juice, and coffee.”
“Marly Boutique Hotel is a nice hotel just a stone's throw from the tourist district in Casablanca. I wouldn't call this a 5 star hotel but it is good enough value. The highlights are the breakfast which is plentiful and fresh, the lady who works in the breakfast restaurant is also so lovely and gives great service. The location of the hotel is also good. The rooms are fairly basic but clean with a nice marble bathroom. The design is slightly off because there is a big window in the shower (frosted so you can't see much) but if you get up in the night and turn the bathroom light on then it lights up the whole room. Not ideal if there's 2 people. Where the hotel is lacking is on service which is basically non-existent. I couldn't get towels because the housekeeping had gone home for the day, there was a major language barrier at the front desk which lead to some problems (I speak French and English) and I didn't find there was the boutique hotel vibe when it came to the service at all. Overall a good stay but nothing to rave about.”
“Excellent hotel, stayed here for 1 night only in December 2025, about 3 months old, well appointed and nice spacious room and bathroom. Decor and furnishings were great, service was excellent. Plenty of restaurants close by too. Probably one of the best hotels on our Moroccan trip. Would definitely recommend.”
“The receptionist appeared exhausted and was not welcoming at all. The bellboy repeatedly said “it’s OK, it’s OK” but never attempted to help with our luggage upon arrival. The room key sensor was faulty; every time we returned to the room, we had to try multiple times before it worked. The hallway lights are motion-sensitive but respond too slowly, meaning you often have to walk in complete darkness for several seconds after exiting the elevator. Breakfast is highly overrated: a very basic set menu offered at an unreasonable price. If you choose to stay, book without breakfast—it is much cheaper elsewhere. The shower area is poorly designed, with water spilling all over the bathroom floor. Rooms facing the street are extremely noisy. Our room was not cleaned at all during our two-day stay, and no one checked whether housekeeping was needed. At best, this hotel qualifies as a four-star property.”

The room key did not function properly from the very beginning, even when the receptionist attempted to demonstrate access upon check-in. Additionally, on the second night, we encountered another guest experiencing similar key card issues, indicating this was not an isolated incident.|4. Based on the experience, it aligns more closely with a 3–4 star standard.”
“We had a small accident upon arrival and the hotel staff provided us the best possible help they can and I am glad to say that we are only able to settle that little incident with their helps. As our last stop at Morocco this is definitely a remarkable stop that not only offers us comfort but also ease. Not related to this hotel but definitely beware on the taxi drivers in Casablanca. More cunning and greed on charges than any drivers at other cities.”
