“Ive been to several different hotels in Morocco and I can say that this has been the best. For one, the room is spacious. You get a living room, kitchen and a bedroom. But the price is similar to other smaller hotel room. I also like the location. Its in the newer part of casablanca where theres an abundance of restos, shops. Super convenient. its a little far from the sites but one thing i learned from visiting in Morocco is its better to stay far from the sites or medina. Lastly, we just got the best service from the staff. They were very helpful and courteous. They even gave us free breakfast which not to exaggerate, has been our best breakfast for the trip. And also, its a lot! I thought we were getting just a sandwich. But we got a tea set! Sepcial shout out to Oussama and to Meihdi and the rest of the team. Id definitely reco this hotel.”

The location is absolutely perfect — just minutes away from all the major stores, restaurants, and attractions, making everything incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, and you can tell that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay — always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. The room was pristine, well-designed, and extremely comfortable — it felt like a true home away from home. I also really appreciated the secure and convenient parking, which made coming and going stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend Zen Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located place to stay with outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning!”

“I had a wonderful stay at Zen Suites Hotel in Casablanca. The location is excellent central, safe, and close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My suite was spotless, very comfortable, and had a calm, cozy vibe that made me feel right at home My favorite part? The espresso machine such a great touch! I truly enjoyed sipping my coffee in peace in the morning. I’m already looking forward to coming back on my next trip to Casablanca. Highly recommended! ✨️”

“Highly recommend this location! The manger and reception desk are extremely accommodating. The manager even got one of her staff members to help buy me a teapot for the trip back home! The front desk and room service are all extremely kind! All of the suites are extremely clean, well lit and spacious. The people here constantly ask you if you need anything or find ways to help out! The cleaning lady even taught me how to make Moroccan tea and had one of the maids translate for her while she was making it. I couldn’t have had a better stay!”

“No toiletpaper holder. Nothing to hang the towels. Intrusive smell of room spray. Very noisy rooms (like windows are open). Overpriced for what you get. Breakfast very simple (cheese analogue). Staff was friendly and welcoming. However, we asked at the reception for a taxi. The one they did order was smoking in the car and insisting on double thd price the receptionist told us beforehand.”

“Spent my wedding night there and we had an amazing stay! The service was perfect and the rooms are spacious and have all the amenities we wanted and needed.. the flowers, chocolates and the few extra things they prepared for our special occasion was amazing.. they actually care about there clients.. Its very high tech and very clean.. the location is perfect.. I will definitely go back and I recommend anyone looking for a hotel in the area to go.”
