Mid Town Hotel Casablanca

“We did not receive mineral water in our room. We had to request for it on the front desk everyday. In the restaurant, the variety of food was poor. One day we had a breakfast after a tour group, they finished all the boiled eggs, and the staff refused to provide more eggs. He said the eggs was finished for that day. Well done”

“The hotel was good for the price, room was clean and it was cleaned every day. We only got 1 large towel and 1 small one for two people, but they left water bottles which was nice. There was however an incessant banging noise that went on all hours of the day - from 8 am to 2 or 3 in the morning every day. I don’t know if they were doing construction or what, but it was very unpleasant. Everything else was fine, I would recommend staying here if you’re on a budget and traveling light.”

“The hotel was good; offered breakfast, good location, they left water bottles in the room for you, and the rooms are very spacious. ||However, me and my friend (both 21 year old women) were traveling together, and one of the security guards called us back into the hotel one day as we were leaving. I thought he was going to ask us what we were carrying - because we went through the metal detectors and they beeped - but instead he asked for my phone number. He was probably 50 years old. We spent the rest of our stay avoiding the lobby and it made me incredibly uncomfortable because he kept trying to get my attention. That should most definitely be against hotel policy.”

“Nice location and easy acess. Nice big spacious room with a balcon, for us it was clean. Super kind staff but the breakfast staff is not so professional. The breakfast lady didin't even look at you, not reffiling the stuff, and caring more to talk on the phone than to take care of you, nice selection but poor attention...”

“My stay at the Mid Town Hotel Casablanca was great. The check-in process was fast and smooth, thanks especially to Yassine at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and had a very easygoing manner that made us feel welcome right away.The room was spacious and comfortable , and the hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the city . We did have one issue during our stay: the air conditioning unit in our room became loose and fell down on the second night. This is something the maintenance team should probably check in other rooms. Other than that, everything was excellent.I would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.”

“Very bad place, images and videos showing everything, expecting when house keeping opens the door when i am inside, sleep and putting DND sign ….. also its very very very noisy place you hear everything like sleeping in the street Doors making noises when open and closing i can copy my experience there by one word: RUN The only positive thing the stuff is polite but they are not professional so i can say the same for them too : RUN & don’t forget to put tissues and trash bags in the poor room and wash the bed sheets”
