“I had a good stay at StayHere Hotel! I was staying on the 4th floor. The room was sunny, comfortable, and really quiet! The bed was also comfortable. I didn’t have any serious issues during my stay. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. There was no host to help with the baggage in the morning though. The hotel has stairs at the entrance.. There were some basic kitchen essentials like a microwave, oven, small stove, fridge, plates, cups, and silverware, which was helpful. No dishwasher though, dish soap was provided. Two towels were provided, but no slippers, so it’s better to bring your own or just take an extra pair of worn off socks. The hot water in the shower and sinks worked well, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash were provided. If you need anything, the hotel is within walking distance of an ATM, a small supermarket (Majran), a pharmacy, a small bar, and the US consulate. (Tip: if you need a ride, don’t use Uber or local taxis, use Indrive) If you’re vegan, there are no options at the hotel or around it (except for some drinks), but you can cook or try to find something to order through the Glovo app (similar to ubereats) Dislike: Very loud noise in the bathroom whenever I turn the lights on. The shower’s glass door doesn’t close all the way, so it causes water to leak onto the floor and the towel.”
“The location is great for walkable everywhere we wanted to go. The room has most of things that we needed. We felt that something can be improved is that the room cleaning person should make sure to fill up little things such as toilet paper, shower towels, and washing soap etc. other than that we are happy to staying.”
“Absolutely terrible experience with Casablanca Property. I requested a simple date change well in advance and received no response at all. Customer service was completely unresponsive until after my requested dates had already passed, and only then did they reply—just to decline the request. This level of negligence is unacceptable. It feels like they deliberately ignored the request to avoid accommodating it. Very disappointing and frustrating, especially for travelers who rely on timely communication. I would strongly caution other travelers to think twice before booking here. Poor service, lack of accountability, and zero regard for customer needs.”
“We loved our stay in the apartment in Casablanca. We were welcomed by a friendly concierge and then our host who were both helpful. The apartment was fabulous…spacious and clean with a wonderful terrace to relax on. It had great facilities including a good kitchen and washing machine. It was a very peaceful and comfortable stay and amazing value.”
“Not the hotel we booked but our booking somehow got moved to here. Bed was comfortable. Long standing water leak in the bathroom has caused rising damp on the walls and mouldy cupboards. Curtains broken, won’t open or close. Skirting board coming off the wall. Avoid room 001”
“We booked a Deluxe Studio, but the room we received looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. In fact, the layout we got doesn’t appear in any of the 140+ images listed! When we raised this with management, they claimed they have three rooms under the same category and we were assigned one of them. Fair enough — but then all variations should be shown online. Our room had no sofa, and the TV was oddly mounted on the wall — completely different from the advertised setup. It felt misleading, leaving guests unsure of what they’ll actually get. The kitchen was poorly equipped — no spatulas, no scrubber to wash dishes, no electric kettle, no kitchen towel/tissue paper, the microwave didn't have that glass tray. On arrival, we were given just one towel. After repeated requests, we eventually got another towel, kitchen tissue and a kettle and that microwave tray, but only after much delay. Strangely, while we were out buying groceries, they even added an extra single bed to our room without us asking — definitely a hilarious disappointment! Wi-Fi was unstable throughout our stay. To add to the frustration, when we asked for our boarding passes to be printed, we were repeatedly told it would be handled. First “soon,” then “the printer is broken,” then “we’ll fix it soon, mechanic is on the way.” Even they stopped my husband to get it printed out from a shop promising that they will give the copies before checkout - next morning, no updates. In the end, nothing was ever printed. As full time travellers, Morocco was our 65th country, so basically we live in either hotel or AirBnb every single day of the year, we can confidently say this was one of our worst stays in the last two years. The facilities were disappointing, mostly the lack of professionalism and hospitality from the management. We later noticed a Google review describing a very similar experience — unfortunately, it was accurate. The property is called “Stay Here.” Our advice: definitely don’t stay here.”
