The Hotel Syracuse

“The services are good, people are kind and the quality is super great. They have breakfast and hotel services 24/7. You don’t feel strange and you get helped and assisted with what you ask about around the country as first time visitor. I stayed there for a night and the satisfaction of the hotel is 10/10. They also have laundry within the hotel, and it is fast to be done. I absolutely recommend everyone to pay a visit. I will advise my friends and family to be at this hotel”

“Bathroom shelf and faucet were falling apart. The shelf literally came off the wall in my hand. Sliding door for terrace didn’t close all the way making the night extremely loud from cars and people yelling outside. Lobby staff no where to be found on checkout.”
