“I had a really pleasant experience at this hotel. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. A special mention to Sara, the director, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. She made sure everything went smoothly and made me feel genuinely welcome. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service — I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others!”
“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping guests.||||The room itself was far from what was advertised—poorly cleaned, with noticeable dust and an unpleasant smell. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, which made the stay even more frustrating. Noise levels were also unacceptable, making it difficult to rest.||||To make matters worse, attempts to address these issues with management were ignored or handled poorly. There was a clear lack of accountability and customer care.||||Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available that actually value their guests.”
“This hotel did not treat me with respect from the beginning. The rooms are very dirty, and the atmosphere is extremely noisy. There is a man at the reception who behaves very rudely—I think he is the manager. I became very sick after leaving the hotel.”
“Great location, very clean and not noisy at all considering it's in the heart of the city The staff is also super nice and helpful, would definitely recommend”
“The room we were in was not very clean, which was surprising because the hotel is only a year old. Especially the bathroom, which was definitely not spotless clean. No bathmat in the bathroom, so there’s water everywhere. No hairdryer or iron box. For the price charged, we found the room to be too small. Our room overlooked a building, so we had to keep the curtains drawn all day and night. I requested late check out the night before and was told that 1:30pm is okay, but the next day we were told management wasn’t informed about my late check out (the guy at the reception last night was not management apparently), and they insisted on charging extra. Not an experience to repeat.”
“The location is convenient and easy to find, with supermarkets and dining options nearby. The staff are incredibly wonderful and nice people!!! However, there was always a smell of disinfectant in the room, and ventilation was poor. The soundproofing wasn't great either, as you could hear noises from the hallway or the street. The light bulb in the bathroom kept flickering. Overall, it was fairly clean, but there were bloodstains on the sheets. I was very tired when I checked in, so instead of asking them to change it, I just put up with it for the night. It’s only a 12-15 minute taxi ride to two train stations (Oasis and casa voyageurs) . The airport shuttle is quite expensive at 30 euros, so it’s more convenient to take the train or a taxi. The front desk staff were really nice, very welcoming, with warm smiles. You can use a credit card. There were oil paintings in the room, which I personally liked; it gave the impression that they put some effort into decorating.”
