“Most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. Do not respect patients' appointments and have zero communication skills. I do not recommend this to anyone. Edit: For clarification, I had called and was given an appointment 10 days later, I was that's fine. But on the day of the appointment after I had taken the day off my job, they called me to say Dr. Bouziane will be leaving early. I asked if I can come the following day instead but they said I needed to wait for another 10 days. When I asked why is that the staff started shouted and yelling in the most unprofessional way possible. I was going there for a LASIK consultation but a doctor who cannot keep her appointments and cancels last minute and a staff that has no idea what they're doing or how to talk to clients is a nightmare of a combination.”
