“We (family of five) spent three days with Ali and this was the highlight of our ten day trip to Morocco. Ali is so incredibly kind, generous, helpful and his food is delicious. Houses and surroundings are much more beautiful than the pictures show. The rooms are very cozy and all have modern toilets and hot water showers. If I got it right this building is from the 14th century and Ali renovates and restores it bit by bit. Caravans used to pass in the oasis behind the building and the villagers built towers and thick walls around their houses to protect themselves from bandits. ||Ali gave us a guided tour in the oasis and to an old abandoned village nearby. He also took us to a Berber village in the mountains where he supports a women’s association. It was a beautiful and interesting experience. ||I can highly recommend a stay here.”

“An excellent stay with a truly authentic atmosphere. The rooms were traditional and beautifully decorated, giving us a real sense of Moroccan culture. The food was the best we had in Morocco — absolutely delicious and unforgettable. We even stopped again on our way back just to have lunch because we enjoyed it so much! Our host, Ali, was brilliant. He explained everything about the local culture with great passion and kindness, and even gave us thoughtful presents. His hospitality made our experience even more special. Highly recommended!”
