“Brahim was extremely good! He is very friendly and his communication is very good. We are a dutch couple and we came with our campervan from the Netherlands to Morroco, multiple garages have looked at our problem but did not seem to get the problem about our bad cold start of the engine. Brahim discoverred it and fixed it for a very fair price. I would definately recommend him if you have a issue with your camper.”
“Birham did some first class work on some rust spots on my Mercedes camper for an excellent price. He also diagnosed an issue with my starter and repaired it. At all times he communicated efficiently and professionally. He was a pleasure to deal with. A true gentleman. I highly recommend him.”
“Ibrahim is truly the best mechanic you can find in Marocco 🥰 I have not met them all, but his work was excellent, the price was perfect, he was quick and his smile and eyes so warm. Thanks again brother, you saved my day, week, month🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️”
“Reliable, honest price, good communication, fast work. Brahim did maintenance and some repair on my camper, I’m really happy with it and would recommend his workshop to anyone who needs solid repairs/ maintenance done.”
“Very friendly very helpful and honest and fair price. They saved us from a flat tire on a Sunday. Highly recommend! Thank you”
“Chosen based upon good reviews. Brahim is very sociable but not a good businessman. Initially he said he had fixed the problem which was not a faulty turbo as I had diagnosed, it was only faulty sensors. So I lost several days and lots of miles having to return when the problem re occurred. I was taken aback by his final bill being double his quotation. He now announced his quote was just the price of buying the turbo and not the full installation as I had requested. This was made difficult by him not accepting bank transfers, only cash for everything, causing me substantial banking fees. Brahim was unable to produce any paperwork or proof of the components he claimed to have bought. As these also included an unidentifiable plastic component which he said cost 2500dh, I was forced to accept this incredibly overpriced item or enter a dispute. The lesson learned, I now insist upon an itemised written agreement with all Moroccan artisans, before work commences, or money changes hands. Brahim contracted out the actual work to another business. Their work appears so far, to be satisfactory.”
