“Absolutely excellent experience! The pool is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, and the whole site is gorgeous. Staff were super friendly, location is perfect, and the price is honestly super well priced for what you get. I enjoyed myself a lot, perfect for a solo traveler. It’s 6km away from Essaouira but you still get that full Essaouira vibe. Love this city! Only one issue that limited my experience: the bees. They completely cover the breakfast tables outside, so everyone ends up eating inside instead of enjoying the beautiful pool area. I actually thought of an idea that turns this problem into an opportunity: why not start producing your own honey on-site? With that many bees already here, you could set up a small apiary away from the guest areas, manage the hives with a local beekeeper, and use the honey for breakfast, the shop, and guest gifts. It solves the issue at the pool and gives you a unique, local product. With that, imagine this: Lodge Argan honey, harvested 50m from your pool. This is Instagram gold. I would pay for that story.”

“​I have mixed feelings about my stay. On one hand, the lodge is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. However, the food was catastrophic. My friends and I all suffered from severe food poisoning after eating here and I ended up in the hospital. Guest safety should be the absolute priority. I cannot recommend dining here until they fix their hygiene standards.”

“Such a beautiful resort to escape the hustle and bustle of the world. Upon entering, it felt like being transported to our own world. Staff was nothing short of amazing! They were all welcoming, attentive and even whipped up a special birthday surprise for me! Loved our private cooking class with Chef Rhrich! The main pool was delightful. The yoga space was large and we loved that it overlooked a field of donkey and sheep. Food was delicious and loved that it was buffet style. Plenty of shuttles in to town and back. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back!”
