“Great location but the room me and my friends had were disgusting. In my room there were used socks and a urine stain on the toilet lid. I told the receptionist that I wasn't happy and they sent someone to clean the toilet lid but they didn't remove the stain... My friends who stayed also found hair in their beds and other gross things Apart from that, the location was great and the receptionist was friendly.”

“I stayed for two nights in this riad, very clean and very welcoming people. The place is well located. It's inside the medina and close to everywhere.”

“The only good things about this hotel are the location and the staff, so I feel a bit bad about this review but honestly I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are so gross and it looks nothing like in the photos (we moved twice so saw 3 different ones). I truly do not know how it has so many positive reviews. There is mold in the shower, the rooms smell musty and moldy, the lobby smells like cat pee, everything feels dirty and stale and even our bedding didn't smell fresh. We were freezing cold and the blankets on the bed are paper thin, so we asked for an extra. They kindly provided one and even offered 2, but they were smelly and dusty so kind of grossed us out. The breakfast on the rooftop was good the 2nd day but the first morning everything was cold. If you care about budget and location, then sure, stay here, but we really felt deceived by this hotel's photos and reviews.”

“UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. This hotel was beautiful from the outside looking in and had a wonderful open-air lobby all the way through to the ceiling. However, we were dismayed to find the quality of the rooms were not to our satisfaction with mold throughout the bathroom.”

“Good location but that is it, the photos are nothing compared to what it looks like plus the hot water doesn't work. There was stains on the bed and some of out friends found hair clippings in the sheets. Ewwww”

“MY FAVOURITE HOTEL IN ALL OF MORCOCCO!! I loved my stay here,It's beautiful,central and the staff is very friendly it's also literally inside the shopping alleyway I loved essouira,It has the nicest people in all of morcco The hotel is kind of inside the alleyway so make sure you take a video on how to get there so you don't get lost. LOVED IT 10/10 WILL RETURN”
