“During COVID my wife paid money to rent a Caftan which she did not use because of the lockdown. The lady said not to worry and that she can rent that caftan any time. When we went back a year later she played so many games to not provide the service she promised. She was chewing gum and talking so arrogantly. In the end we lost the money but the lady is a bad business woman. We have rented many many times from other places since. Because of 200dh the owner de decided to lose my wife and others in my family who are returning customers. This is a basic business error! Learn how to run a business and manage customers!!”
