“I used to love this restaurant when I visited Morocco, so I decided to order for my mom all the way from the USA because I trusted their food. Unfortunately, the quality has completely changed. The same dish that was once delicious came out burned, poorly prepared, and completely disappointing. It’s shocking how far the standards have dropped. What used to be authentic, tasty, and worth recommending is now unacceptable. Serving food in this condition shows a total lack of care and respect for customers. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.”
“The sausage and chicken skewers were good, but the side dishes were very mediocre: very dry rice and smelly salad. The service was very poor; the waitress barely spoke. The samurai sauce wasn't spicy at all, and the ketchup looked like it had been sitting outside for several days. The price was very high for such an experience. The toilets were clean.
“Our tour guide led us to La Grillardière Fès, a delightful grill restaurant, for lunch. The ambiance was decidedly pleasing - tidy, with efficient air conditioning for comfort. Our table was laden with a variety of dishes: seafood mixed grill, meat mixed grill pizza, cake, and freshly squeezed juice. The artistic presentation of the food on our plates was truly enticing, tempting us to immediately dive into the feast before us. The seafood mixed grill stood out for its exquisite taste, expertly cooked to perfection. The pizza, freshly baked, was an absolute hit with our group, so much so that we over-ordered and couldn't finish everything! A slight hiccup was the language barrier. Thankfully, one of our companions was fluent in Arabic. It's clear that for future visits, acquiring some French and Arabic language skills could prove useful for a smoother dining experience and to ensure we can discover all the culinary gems this restaurant has to offer!”
“We had the seafood mixed grill and XXL mixed grill. Both were tasty, good portions, well prepared & priced. Their carrot juice and mint tea was excellent as well. Very large, clean restaraunt with ample staff, great for families or big groups.”
“Very friendly and helpful service. As I did not use the drink included in the set menu they gave us a freshly squeezed orange juice to go. Excellent freshly baked bread and olives as a free start to the meal. Everything is very clean, food is freshly prepared and tasty. Thank you!”
