“Wonderful stay at the most beautiful riad. The house is decorated from top to bottom. So many things to see. We were welcomed with tea and cookies by very friendly personel. The rooms were amazing with very good beds. The shower was not warm unfortunately. The breakfast was nice. We had the best time at the riad.”
“Riad Sebti was a trip to Moroccan luxury and friendliness from Youseff and Fatiha were wonderful hosts, with a professional and kind staff, Houda, Khadija and Hottman. The house guard Mohammad was kind and always available to help with luggage and meet me at the door.||The riad is decorated in traditional Moroccan luxury, with every detail designed for a comfortable and wonderful stay.||The rooms are all super comfortable, spacious, and luxurious. The bathrooms are all in marble tile, with a huge shower with a small window to bring in morning air.||Youseff, a local since birth, organized a great tour of the Fes Medina. Despite it being a rainy day, we navigated the streets well, and of Youseff helped me negotiate the best price on some traditional Moroccan leather and Berber carpets I will treasure in my home in Montreal.||The Riad is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, about a 10 minute drive or taxi ride into the more active Medina. If you value quiet, calm, luxury, Riad Sebti in Fes is the best choice. Youseff and his wife Fatiha and staff are wonderful and treat you as family. 5 stars of 5.”
“If you’re visiting Fes, you absolutely must stay at this Riad. Youssef and Fatiha Sebti, from a distinguished local family, have mastered the art of heartfelt hospitality. Even as seasoned travelers, we were moved to tears when we left! We arrived late, yet Fatiha prepared a fresh, exquisite meal, pampering us throughout our five-day stay. The Riad itself is pristine and magnificently decorated in luxurious Moroccan style, while our jaw-dropping room and immaculate amenities created a peaceful oasis. The Sebtis treated us like family, offering unforgettable dinners and thoughtful guidance, including a perfectly curated desert trip. The staff, especially Khadijah and Mohamed, were extraordinary, caring for us in ways we’ll always cherish.”
“This Riad is just simply stunning. Situated in a fantastic area, . It is a short taxi to the Medina… whixh is perrrfect as it gets very busy in the median and lovely to come HOME ( that’s what it felt like ) to the awesome pool and lounge seating area.|Youseff and his stunning wife Fatiha , we’ll what can I say except the nicest, kindest, caring hosts you could come across.Extremely helpful in giving us, local knowledge, advise, and a few belly laughs on the way. Youseff, kindly organised a luxury tent over night experience, and one which we will never forget. Had the best dinners at the riad as Fatiha is the BEST cook ever, along with the Awsome girls : Houda, Khadija and the lovely gentleman tending to everything.|Youseff also the next day came with us to the Medina, in his own time and helped us purchasing 2 rugs to export back home to us. All in his own time.|Highly highly recommend this place … and I must say we made friends with all of them … INShallah |”
“We arrived for three nights and were accepted with mint tea and wonderful Morrocan cookies. Two hours later we were already sitting with the owners Youssef and Fatiha by the pool, laughing together. Youssef and Fatiha gave us the full experience of Morrocan hospitality, and more!||Breakfast was so generous that we needed some time before we could start our day. ||They heard that my parents were celebrating their 47th anniversary, so they upgraded their room to the biggest suite they have (although the "regular" rooms were also little suites in their own right, and were very luxurious) and bought them a cake which Youssef and our driver Younes brought to the restaurant where we celebrated. ||Fatiha invited us to dinner one night, after which we could barely drag ourselves back to our rooms. She is not just one of the loveliest people I've ever met, she is also an amazing cook! ||The house is astonishing in its traditional Morrocan decor and the "dining room" area, which is a living room where there are tables for eating, is just breath-taking and it's was fun to eat sitting on comfortable couches. ||Other than that, the place is spotlessly clean, quiet and calm. ||Youssef is also a wonderful tour guide, who took us to places that we would have never found on our own. Walking in the alleys of the old Medina, Youssef knew exactly which doors to knock on to open amazing oasis, Hamam, restaurants etc. and helped us find the perfect location for the celebration we wanted for my parents. We described what we wanted, and he led us to a place that was as if he had read our minds. His fee was very reasonable and worth every penny. ||Riad Sebti wasn't just a place to stay. It was the place that made our trip from great to special. ||I can't recommend it enough!”
“Positive: The staff was extremely friendly, the room was well air-conditioned. Mohammed was the best! Breakfast was well presented. The rooms were cleaned every day. The downstairs gave you a great feel of Morocco.|Negatives: The only room air-conditioned was the bedroom, the rest had no air, and in the summer if you need to cool off you can only do that in your room. The wifi was strong downstairs but was weak upstairs in the bedrooms. The pool was under renovation (I wish we had a heads up about that). You need a pool to cool off after a hot day. Very disappointed. The location was far from the center of town. It probably works better if you live there and have your own transportation.”
