“This place was very quiet on a hot day in the medina, but the setting is actually very nice and peaceful. I only stopped for a drink, which was quite nice, but the highlight was the view of the surrounding medina from the rooftop (you can sit there or on the gallery level below), with both the Qarawiyyin minaret and the Moulay Idriss minaret towering nearby. I didn't try the food on this occasion, which is the only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars as I can't vouch for it, but I'd be eager to give it a try. Expect tourist prices, but the service was friendly and the setting is worth it.”
