“Today we had lunch at Restaurant Café Trim because of all the good reviews. It is a very nice cafe, especially at the rooftop. My partner had a good Kefte tajine, however I had a quite disappointing chicken tajine. It was a piece of chicken with french fries on top, not how a (Moroccan) tajine is supposed to be… the chicken tasted good, wasn’t cooked the way it was supposed to be and looked like a children menu. I would recommend to choose something else and if you want the chicken tajine to choose somewhere else. The lady who served us was very kind!”
“Eating here was the highlight of our visit to Fes. Our server, Waled, was amazing. Very cheerful and provided great service. He has a quote call “Sharing is caring” and he was just so kind. The food was outstanding. We had the Calamari and it was very good. The bread and dips were also amazing. We had juices and they were very good and fresh. The atmosphere and decoration inside the restaurant is amazing. We loved our visit and highly recommend.
“Very hospitable owner. Had a lovely dinner with good pastilla and turkey skewers. Located just beside the garden.”
“This place has all you need. Good food, affordable prices and genuinely nice staff. They were super friendly and even remembered us when we came back on the second day. You can pay by card, which is a huge plus as well for travellers who find that more convenient. Restaurant is located right across the Jnan Sbil garden and it has a rooftop, so it's nice to kinda chill there too. We've tried a few meals, one of them being a dessert called Jawhara. I tried it for the first time so I can't compare it with any other but I think it was really delicious. The falafel and hummus salad was also great!! As for drinks, I would absolutely recommend a lemonade with mint.”
“Really good food with really nice staff! We ordered a chicken tajine and a kefta tajine and it was very tasty and delicious. 5 stars from us!!”
“Super clean and well staffed, but they tend to over-complicate simple things and then keep asking if everything is OK. Which is nice of them, but sometimes, best is just let me drink the tea. They serve tea in handmade cups, not the usual traditional clear long glass. Tea 15 DH with small bottled water or 10 DH without.”
