“Our stay at this hotel was simply exceptional. Every detail was perfectly thought out, creating a truly luxurious and memorable experience from start to finish. What impressed us most was the outstanding personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and we genuinely felt like princesses throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made all the difference. We stayed in a Double Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and equipped with more amenities than we have ever seen in a hotel room. The breakfast was another highlight. It offered an extensive and varied selection of high-quality food, with plenty of choices to suit every taste. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. Until now, the 6-star Burj Al Arab in Dubai had always been the best hotel experience we had ever had. However, after staying here, it has lost its number one position. This hotel has exceeded all our expectations and has become our new favorite.”

“We have just returned from an absolutely unforgettable family holiday at the Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Our room was incredible - immensely spacious and absolutely perfect for a family. Large bedrooms and shared areas, plus a lovely garden with an outdoor dining area which was ideal for early dinners with young children. The pool area is stunning and located right by the beach, so you can easily hop between the sand and the pool. The Spa also deserves a special mention - massages were incredible, and the facilities are huge with indoor pools, sauna, etc. The food here is exceptional. Breakfast was an à la carte feast, and dinners at Le Méditerranée and Coccinella were both excellent, followed by live music at the Alboran bar. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the staff. The front-of-house team gave us such a lovely, warm welcome and a genuinely touching send-off. They were brilliant with our children all week, constantly going out of their way to make them feel extra special. A massive, heartfelt shoutout to Manal from the kids' club. She made our children’s week! She was so amazing that our oldest was actively asking to go to the kids' club. If you are looking for a luxury family getaway where both parents and kids are genuinely catered to, this is it. We will definitely be back!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Royal Mansour. The property is absolutely beautiful, with incredible attention to detail and a really peaceful, luxurious atmosphere throughout. The staff truly stood out—everyone was so welcoming, kind, and attentive. They made us feel taken care of from start to finish and were always willing to go the extra mile. We were also really impressed with how great they were with our kids. Traveling as a family can be a lot, but they made it feel easy and comfortable for all of us. Overall, this was a really special stay and definitely one of our favorite hotels. We would happily come back.”

The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional, while the cuisine was exquisite, beautifully presented, and a true pleasure to experience. Unfortunately, our otherwise wonderful evening was overshadowed by the experience at the entrance of the Royal Mansour. The gentleman responsible for managing arriving vehicles displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Repeatedly asking us to move our car every few moments, despite the situation being under control, felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. A property of Royal Mansour's caliber deserves top tier personnel who embody the same standards of elegance, and Moroccan Hospitality. Being myself from a background of Hospitality managers, I found his manners totally rude and unnecessary.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay - traveling onward in the North of Morocco we find ourselves missing this magical place. Many thoughtful details, super-attentive service. We also benefited from the spa, enjoyed my treatment by the on-site doctor (from India) as well as spa therapist Fatima, though I am sure they are all lovely and competent. There are three restaurants on site with different vibes, food is excellent. The villas are spaced out quite a bit, so it is both family-friendly and still very peaceful. I enjoyed zipping around on the blue retro bicycles that are made available. Excellent pick up service from the airport, incl. fast track immigration and friendly explanations by the driver. Highly recommended, we managed to quickly transition from stressed to relaxed thanks to this extraordinary hotel.”
