“I do not recommend this restaurant. We ordered a beef couscous, but were served a mixed chicken and beef couscous instead. When we pointed out the mistake, the waiter responded rudely and insisted it was our order instead of apologizing. Very disappointing service.”

“The worst service I have ever got at any hotel reception at all. The woman was absolutely mistaken about my documents, her behaviour was even dispespectful and she insisted on her false argument without a minimum sign of willingess to sort the problem (she believed we had). I could escalate the situation to a legal case. But, i have decided to move to a better hotel where the service was absolutely amazing as is expected from Moroccan hospitality.”

“Travelling by car from Ceuta I spotted this hotel and decided on impulse to stay overnight. ||||I was initially drawn to the hotel by its great location which is on the main seafront, with restaurant, bank etc close by. The hotel's exterior is more than presentable and I was able to park close to the main door. ||||There's comfortable seating in the reception area and there's also a good sized restaurant. Our room was spacious, well decorated and clean with a comfortable bed. We also had a balcony area with table and chairs which overlooked the sea and we enjoyed sitting there later in the evening. ||||We enjoyed a good meal in the restaurant and breakfast was a more casual but plentiful affair.||||What really made this place for me was the service, it was excellent. I met with three members of staff who were all cheerful, friendly and efficient and extremely helpful. Questions asked at reception were met with speedy, positive response, advice given on request, help was given with carrying items and drinks and other refreshments were brought to the room.”

“From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed, offering stunning views of the sea. The lady at the reception deserves a special mention. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made the check-in process a breeze and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and personalized service made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. She is a true asset to the hotel and I would like to express my gratitude for her outstanding customer service.”

“Hotel good quality/price rate for the room, clean, nice view, climatisation working well, booked through bookings. I would not recommend the restaurant Expensive low quality food at the restaurant, requested 4 types of meals for 2 people - fish soups: worse I even had, returned almost untouched - Emince de poulet: we got fried nuggets with french fries, returned almost untouched - Tacos: thin mostly dry - Tajine of meat and prunes: 5/10, not much meat in it We paid the for everything we got, including returned items, and shared feedback with waiter.”
