“Souss Fakia in Agadir is an excellent destination for anyone looking to buy dried fruits, nuts, and sweets. The shop is spacious, clean, and very well-organized, with an impressive display of products neatly arranged behind glass counters. From dates and almonds to macadamia nuts and pistachios, the selection is one of the largest I’ve seen in the city, making it a great spot to find exactly what you’re looking for. The welcoming team adds to the shopping experience, allowing you to sample many of the products before you buy. The prices are clearly displayed, which makes shopping straightforward, though it’s worth noting that prices are slightly higher than in some other places. However, the quality and variety make it worth it. That said, not everything is perfect—while the dates and macadamia nuts were excellent, the walnuts and hazelnuts I purchased came out old and weren’t the best this time, and didnt taste like the ones given to me to taste. Perhaps it was just a one-off, and I’ll give them another try on my next visit. Despite this, Souss Fakia is still a fantastic place to explore and stock up on premium products. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, it’s worth stopping by for the wide selection and friendly service.”
“Good service and treated my kids well, great selection of sweets, nuts, chocolate and spices”
“Great store , I really love it , prices are just good”
“Good presentation and a wide variety of products, but unfortunately a BAD service !”
“A must do for Agadir. Serving the locals faithfully for generations. See and feel the hustle and bustle, have a good at bartering for a bargain of your own or just see all the goods on offer from the variety of fruits, veg, herbs and spices to the mundane of household goods galore.”
“Very bad experience on the counter. Requested berberine pot which clearly showed 116MAD, while talking to my wife in English the guy said he’ll change the sticker to a new one…which was very strange. He came up with a new sticker showing 145MAD instead of 116. Had to leave without shopping.”
