“Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, no one came to our table, and we eventually had to get the menus ourselves from the counter. After finally placing our order, we waited approximately 45 minutes with no updates or explanation from the staff. We were so hungry and frustrated that we decided to leave. As we were leaving, our food finally arrived. The staff apologized but provided no reason for the excessive delay. Since we had already waited so long, we decided to stay and eat. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the poor service. All three burgers were served on buns that were severely burned. The bread had a thick, dark charred layer that was inedible, and we had to remove parts of it before eating. I have attached photos showing the condition of the buns.”

“I came from London to enjoy my time in Mehdia, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience here. The food took a very long time to arrive (around 1 hour). The orange juice I ordered was not sweet, and when I asked to change it, a waiter wearing glasses reacted in a rude and unprofessional way. When the food finally arrived, the waiter seemed angry and didn’t even smile. He also brought a bottle of Orangina without a glass or a straw, which is not acceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope the customer service improves in the future.
