“Great location, clean and very modern. Reason for 1 star because they refused card payment, the waiter said the owner only wants cash with no exceptions which I found difficult believe. Made me go to ATM machine to withdraw money at sky high fee. I think this is unacceptable at M avenue, they should write on a hand written notice board that it’s cash only.”

“The Moroccan tea was beyond my expectations, tbh I expected a bland watery drink but I was surprised that I was served a proper tea, the sweets are done with finesse they look good and taste good, you don’t get that after taste of artificial sugar, but not as wow as some reviews say, the service is nice the staff are friendly professional and very approachable. It’s a pricey place, for those who might wonder.”

“We recently visited Symphonie - pâtisserie to try the creations of the renowned pastry chef newly established in Marrakech. While the location on M Avenue is excellent and inviting, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings. Unfortunately, the pastries did not live up to the hype — I’ve had far better in Marrakech. What stood out most, however, was the disappointing service. One staff member in particular — a short man with a mustache and glasses, possibly a manager or waiter — was especially unpleasant, with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude toward clients. Thankfully, the other staff members, especially the young women, were polite and welcoming. That said, I will not be coming back and cannot recommend the place.”
