“We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities and overall experience were outstanding. The hotel itself feels like something out of a dream, with its beautiful interior courtyard, stunning design, and large swimming pool, which is perfect for resting and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was spectacular. Every day there was something different on offer, which kept it varied and enjoyable. The rooms were also wonderful, spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful welcome amenities that made us feel truly appreciated. It is true that the hotel is located a little outside Marrakech, but this was not an issue at all, as the city center is only about 7–10 minutes away by car. Overall, an amazing experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Magical experience at this first class hotel. I had a wonderful four day stay that I wished would have been a month. The facilities are elegant and comfortable, the food is well known for being the best in Marrakesh and the staff became my family. The hotel arranged for a taxi that took me everywhere and was attentive and safe. I am thankful to the wonderful manager, whose name I cannot spell!, Fatiha in the dining room and Mohammed for helping me book the hotel. This is the best experience traveling that I have had this year.”

“Thank you to Mo and the team for our amazing honeymoon stay! This was our first time in Morocco, we'd always wanted to visit. We couldn't have had a more friendly, welcoming service from everyone we encountered, from Mo at the front desk to the lovely breakfast staff. You made our experience extra special, our room was the best we've ever stayed in, anywhere! We really appreciated it. We ate in the restaurant during our stay, which also exceeded our expectations- delicious food. Amazing room and even better bathroom. I miss it every day haha. Our photos do not do this place justice. The Riad is a short taxi to the city centre, the reception staff were more than happy to book a taxi for us every time. We also booked our hot air balloon ride through the reception- it was one of the best things we've ever done. Thank you! “Had a fabulous week staying here, made to feel genuinely welcome in what is a superb family run Hotel with its own separate Restaurant that has featured on the BBC series ‘Remarkable Places to eat’ where they rated the Shoulder of Lamb as ‘the best meal in Marrakesh’. We were so impressed we thought we would try it ourselves. The onsite restaurant is stunning and offers a good menu with exceptional quality food and I can confirm it is perhaps one of the most outstanding meals in Marrakesh. Shoulder of Lamb to share at 650dh. So good we went back two days later and had it again. In total we ate here 4 times in 7 days, and had two lunches by the pool. It is a great base to stay and explore Marrakesh or further if you book a car or travel trip. It is not in walking distance of any of the attractions but we chose not to be because in so doing we avoided all the hustle and bustle of crowds of people and traffic jams of the centre. Ours was a relaxing stay with a leisurely stroll in a friendly environment. We also used the in house Spa for Hammam and massage and will definitely come back again to do a few more trips knowing we have a home from home to return to and unwind. The staff are wonderful. Helpful, friendly and attentive and most with good language skills in addition to Arabic and French, sufficient English for our needs.”

“We had a wonderful lunch at Al Fassia Aguedal today to celebrate my wife’s birthday – and it couldn’t have been better. We were 4 adults and 3 children (the youngest just 2 years old), and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially with our little one. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks to the beautiful weather, we were seated in the lovely shaded garden, which created a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The food was outstanding – we all had the lamb shoulder, which was exceptionally tender and full of flavor. A truly special touch was the birthday surprise with a cake and a song – warm, genuine, and very memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and refined dining experience in Marrakesh!”
