“We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights from 28 June with my two adult sons, aged 21 and 18. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Our room was spotless throughout our holiday, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, with plenty of trees, flowers, and gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, which we really appreciated. As I was travelling with adult children, we didn't use the children's pool or take part in the daytime entertainment programme, so I can't comment on those facilities. We preferred spending our time at the main pool, where there were fewer organised activities, which suited us perfectly. One thing we really enjoyed was the evening entertainment. The shows were well organised, enjoyable, and a great way to end the day. The only area that didn't quite meet our expectations was the food. Before travelling to Morocco, I was looking forward to enjoying more local flavours, spices, and fresh herbs. Instead, I found the buffet fairly repetitive, and some dishes seemed to reappear later in a different form. We also noticed that if we arrived 30–40 minutes before the end of a meal service, some popular dishes had already run out and were not always replenished. As a result, my sons often ended up choosing chips and pizza, which wasn't what we had hoped for during our stay in Morocco. Another point worth mentioning is the evening bar. There was only one main bar open in the evenings, shared by both adults and children. This is simply a matter of personal preference, but I would have appreciated having a separate adults-only area where guests could enjoy a quieter atmosphere. In other hotels I've stayed at, there has usually been a choice between family-friendly spaces and adults-only lounges, and I found that arrangement more relaxing. The other point worth mentioning is the location. This hotel does not have direct access to the beach or the sea. This is entirely a matter of personal preference, but I realised that I enjoy holidays where I can easily walk to the beach, so in the future I would choose a hotel with direct beach access. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing resort with beautiful gardens, excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, and enjoyable evening entertainment. For us personally, the food, the lack of beach access, and the absence of an adults-only evening area meant it wasn't quite the right fit, but other guests—especially families with younger children—may have a very different experience.”
“Just got back from an amazing stay at Kenzi Club. On arrival we were given an upgrade to a suite, so our 4 year old had her own room. The rooms were great, comfy beds and plenty space. The food was great, lots of variety, different themed nights, never had a bad meal. The pools were lovely and clean, especially loved the water slides. Pool areas were also great, plenty of areas in sun and shade. The kids club was fantastic, there was a variety of activities, the staff were great with the kids and my daughter was excited to go every day. All of the staff were very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and are looking forward to coming back again.”
“An amazing family stay—wish we could have stayed longer! We spent 4 days and 3 nights at the Kenzi Club Medina and had an absolute blast. The resort is incredibly family-friendly and packed with activities, meaning you truly never have to leave. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable—just remember to pack your own toiletries and toothbrushes, as they aren't provided. The entire staff was amazing, with a special shoutout to the restaurant team who were absolutely wonderful. Even with occasional language barriers, everyone went above and beyond to help. Mr. Foud was our main contact and took fantastic care of us whenever we needed something. We only wish our trip had been longer!”
“We came as a family of 8 including 3 children. I would say this hotel is 4 star, definitely not 5 star. It is only a 15 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from the main square. The grounds are welll maintained. There are 3 different pools for various ages. The deepest pool was the warmest pool. We had issues with the dated air-conditioning system when we first arrived. Someone did come out to clean it which made a difference. Our fridge was not working even though I needed it to store milk and medicine. Nobody came to fix that. Water bottles were only provided if you asked or tipped the cleaner. In terms of the food, there was always a variety. Staff were working hard to make personalised dishes like omelette, burgers etc. However, it was rare to find a clean table. Staff would need to be called to clean tables and provide clean cutlery. This did lead to some upset stomachs. Moreover, coffee was only available in the morning. Nothing in the afternoon or evening. No ice lollies were provided in the snack bar which was always infested by flies. The non alcoholic mocktails were delicious but the flies were off putting. There is a shop on the grounds where you can buy snacks. The entertainment staff were really hard doing pool aerobics and dances in the evening. We enjoyed our visit but we probably wouldn't come back.”
