“This hotel is amazing. The location is walking distance to medina and the temple and mall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would give credit to the concierge Addrahim for his excellent service for us to feel comfortable by arranging shuttle pickup and drop-off including excursion as well. He was in contact with us before even we began our trip to Marrakech and answered all our questions promptly giving assurance that we will be safe and enjoy our vacation. He decorated our room with a welcoming note as it was my special birthday vacation. |The room cleanliness was very good. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to try out some traditional morrocan dishes.|The hotel packed our breakfast early morning as we left to the airport to catch our flight. We felt very homely and happy with our stay in Marrakech. |The only suggestion I would recommend is to have a chain lock to the room door for additional security. But no incidents happened. We were able to lock our door but may be I'm used to that style as a Canadian and would prefer a chain lock as well. |Overall this hotel gets 5 stars on everything.”

“We stayed for 6 nights in early May. There was some roof construction during the day, which was a bit noisy. Overall, it was very good. Breakfast was varied, and we were able to change rooms because we wanted a balcony, even though it was across from another building. They had a good selection of drinks, including mint tea. The restaurant staff provided good service, although they didn't smile much, and the local food was delicious. The reception staff and cleaning staff cleaned meticulously every day, even when very busy. The staff at the door helped us call taxis whenever needed, providing excellent service. It was one of the most memorable and enjoyable stays we've had.”

“The hotel fully lives up to expectations of a 5-star hotel. The service is impeccable and elegant. Unfortunately, we happened to stay during a period when building work was taking place, so the lift was often dirty. The only drawbacks we encountered were: thin walls, inadequate air conditioning and underpowered fridges. The main highlights: the swimming pool, but above all the breakfast! The buffet is huge and varied. Overall, I’m very satisfied. Oh, and the location is also very convenient, just 1 km from the Medina. A big hello to the night-shift reception staff”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and surrounded by several high-end hotels, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and convenience. A special thank you to the reception team for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. Everyone was professional, well-presented, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would also like to commend the spa team for their professionalism and excellent service. A special shout-out to Salma and Sofia, who were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. They helped make our experience truly enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.”

“When we arrived we were med with traditional tea. The room seemed big and nice, the bed - comfortable. Then we started to notice things. We had issues with hot water in the shower, we had to wait for 10 minutes with water on every time before it was heated. There was a huge snort on the painting above our bed. Our card reader on the door was broken. The hotel was having reconstruction works during our whole stay, which we were not informed about at any point and were disturbed by noices and dirt daily, from early morning to late night. Our floor was a non-smoking area, yet the workers were smoking and it smelled terrible. We decided to relax at the spa and ordered traditional hamam. It was also a disappointment. The black soap was not used, no foam, just rush. I got pimples all over me after this and it took 30 minutes when we payed for 50. During our stay we complained multiple times and even asked to change the room, but got no forbthe answer. Only on the last day they took us seriously but it was too late to change anything. This is definitely not a 5 stars experience.”
