“I should have left this review a long time ago. But since I’m here and Google asked… I was harassed at midnight by two men who worked at the front desk- accusing me of having a Moroccan man in my room. They insisted to search my room without me having any proof that they even worked there. I was shocked and confused as it all happened so quickly upon my return to my room. They have all kinds of cameras in this hotel and not once did they search the footage before knocking on my door. They said «  someone » had seen me go into the room with a man - totally untrue. I was in the bathroom when they began knocking and knocking. To be honest it scared me because who would be knocking at midnight ? Long story short, I spoke with the owner the next morning who promised me a refund if I would «  be patient as it takes time to refund » Well as you can imagine, I never got my refund…. Although a lot of businesses here insist on cash payment, this is why it’s best to pay by card. I got a refund through my bank. I’m sure they will say I never stayed there - this is a method a lot of people use when they get a bad review but believe me… this happened. To women traveling alone - make people knocking on your doors late at night identify themselves properly. And know the number of the police in any city you’re staying in!!”

“I was here 2012-2013 it’s been some time! The Hammam massager kept trying to kiss me! While I was naked on the table!!! He answered the door during this massage and was taking in his language with another man!! Big red flags here ladies and gentlemen! I was terrified! Later on once I made it out of there thankfully alive! I didn’t want to say anything to staff for fear of being put in jail or worse so I had dinner on the roof top and realized the manager of the hotel was serving me and it was the same guy who also does the massages!!! 😳 😩 ugh Now he is sitting with me with a bottle of something trying to invite himself back to my room saying he wants to have sex with me, he likes me! I said no and finally after what felt like forever!!!!! He left me alone But! The key to my door made me feel like he could enter anytime throughout any of the nights I was staying there I was super scared and ppl I highly DONOT recommend this place at all and I am sorry I haven’t did this soon I am sorry”

“I recommend this place...based on a timing of Sunday 12pm, and eating here not staying here. The Outlook is great and the terrace clean and tidy. There were staff available for service all the time. We found them friendly and efficient. You can get wine here, and overall the bill was cheaper than expected. The food was of quality, I would go again.”
