“Attention to your bill, staff couldn’t bring the bill to us for payment and just gave us an over charged price for the food and drinks we had, when I challenged the waiter he started to write things on a pice of paper and adding numbers up, I paid the price that I was charged but at the end it was €30 plus than what we actually consumed. Rocky mistake from me!”

I booked 2 nights and couldn’t sleep the first night because of the dirt there’s no air in the room Just the smell of pure dirt, i let down the second day that knowing that I already paid 2 nights and went away the location is no longer charming I mean jamaa al fna it became very bad just loud bad music everywhere if u wanna chill go to gueliz hotels they’re so clean and if u ever wanna visit jamaa al fna old medina take a taxi and go there (if u can support the bad street food / low quality food restaurants/ loud bad stressing music and pushy commercants) what I can advice if u go to jamaa al fna old medina is the small cafe restaurants that are located in small houses where u can find clean food and amazing views away from the loud music and dirt”

“I would like to report a very bad experience during my stay at a hotel booked through Booking.com. During my 3-day stay, I faced several serious issues: The hotel was extremely dirty, to the point that I could not even take a shower in acceptable conditions. There was excessive noise, especially with people arriving around 3:00 AM, shouting and disturbing everyone. I did not feel safe during my stay. When I complained to the staff, I was told that “this is normal”, and no action was taken. This situation is completely unacceptable and does not meet the standards expected from a property listed on your platform. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for my stay due to these unacceptable conditions. I remain available to provide any additional information if needed.”
