“My stay at Palais Moulay Said & Spa was truly memorable. The location is excellent, offering easy access to the heart of Marrakech while preserving the charm and tranquility of a traditional Moroccan riad. The riad itself is beautiful, authentic, and full of character, reflecting the rich heritage of Morocco in every detail. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. From the bellboy to the reception staff and the breakfast team, everyone was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The dinner was delicious and well prepared, made even more enjoyable by the live Moroccan music that created a wonderful and authentic atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space after a day of exploring Marrakech. I highly recommend Palais Moulay Said & Spa to anyone looking for an authentic Moroccan experience combined with excellent service and genuine hospitality. I look forward to returning in the future.”
“This hotel is a hidden paradise in the Old Medina. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained. We loved the swimming pool and the amazing breakfast buffet every morning. They also have an excellent restaurant with great dishes. The location is perfect for experiencing the real Marrakesh. Will definitely come back!”
“The hotel itself was nice however there was a bit of cleanliness issue in the room. The toilet would not flush very good and could use more cleaning. Breakfast was ok, however some of the food they had was cold. I would suggest limiting pool time because at 11 PM you can still hear people swimming and talking loudly. Staff at the front desk during the morning/afternoon shift could be a little more friendly.”
“This hotel was the best choice we could have made for our stay in Marrakech. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to escape the beautiful chaos of the Medina after a long day. Even though it’s located right in the middle of the souks, once you step inside it feels like a completely different world. We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was inside — quiet, elegant, and completely peaceful, with no noise from outside. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options for everyone. The staff was very kind and attentive throughout our stay. We also recommend the restaurants inside the hotel. The service could be a little faster at times, but overall the experience was very good. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable.”
“The location is ideal for the medina but surprisingly quiet inside. Staff here are really excellent and spoke many languages proficiently. Breakfast was included but really bland to be honest. Not much choice. The omelettes were particularly dull. The room was really very basic with no safe. Beds were rock hard. Air con was quiet though so that was good. Pool was fantastic and saved the day! Overall, a mixed bag. Really easy things to fix to make it a really good hotel.”
“We stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place smelled fresh the moment you step inside. Staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Room: Spacious for three people. Beds were comfortable and clean. Only downsides were there were limited amenities - no toothbrush, hairdryer. Room cleaning was done every day. Breakfast: There were hot foods and pastry variations every day for four days. Omelette station that allows customisation. Quality was extraordinary - something to look forward to. Location: Fantastic. Basically situated within the shops and vendors, while still feeling isolated and away from the chaos outside. Just a 10 minute walk to the central Jemaa square. Overall, we had a very positive experience in this hotel. Beautifully designed, staff friendly, and food delicious. Definitely recommend - it’s a bargain for its price.”
