“Our stay was absolutely amazing thanks to Ayoub (day and night :) ). The riad was beautiful, spaceous and cleaned every single day. There is working AC but leaving the windows for air flow is okay too. We enjoyed their delicious breakfast every morning and we are very thankful to the staff of the riad. We would come back if we come back to Marrakech ❤️ Stivan and Fikret :)”

“We had a lovely stay at Riad Kasbah 117 in Marrakech. The location is a bit hidden, but that also makes it very quiet and peaceful – a perfect escape from the busy streets. The rooms are beautiful and overlook the inner courtyard, which creates a very authentic and charming atmosphere. They are a bit sound-sensitive, but that didn’t take away from our overall experience. The staff is truly friendly and welcoming – you feel more like you’re visiting friends than staying at a hotel. We would definitely recommend it!”

“At first sight the Riad looks good, but the rooms are smelly and one room has a strong mold scent. The roof is leaking and water is pouring through the ceiling. Walls are wet and there is water on the floor. All this moisture is making the room moldy and really smelly. The staff on the other hand is really great. They try to make the experience as pleasant as possible and are really helpful.”

“The hotel has a central location in the Medina, which makes it convenient for exploring Marrakech, although it’s not in the nicest alley. The breakfast was good and varied. Unfortunately, there were several downsides. Payment was requested as cash only, which is quite inconvenient. The room was small, and the bathroom was not fully separated from the sleeping area, which reduces privacy significantly. There was no real space for suitcases, and the bathroom products provided were minimal. Considering these aspects, the hotel felt overpriced for what it offers. Additionally, some staff members were not particularly friendly.”

“The team of the riad was more than amazing. We were able to check in at 1:30am, and they helped us the last few meters to the riad. Both guided us throughout our entire stay and were very welcoming. Both helped with recommendations on how to get around, which was very easing for a first time visit in Morocco. You can easily walk everywhere during day and night - the riad is situated in a family neighborhood so totally safe! Lots of kids playing around. The walk to the Medina is about 10 mins, local shops and ATMs as well as restaurants are also around.”
