“I had a hammam in Jemaa el-Fnaa today, and it was a truly wonderful experience. I was treated by Zahira, who was extremely professional, sweet, and attentive at all times. She immediately made me feel at ease and pampered. The environment was very clean and meticulously maintained, which is essential for me. I had a wonderful time: it was a fantastic experience, I was so relaxed... truly a dream. I absolutely recommend it!”

“I can only speak of the hammam experience, as I wasn't a guest at the hotel. I had the hammam and the tonic massage (Marrakech Ritual), provided by Zahira. She was very accomodating and both the hammam and the massage were very strong, but also super relaxing, exactly what I wanted. Can very much recommend, wish I could go there every day.”

“We believe we booked the best room in Jemaa el Fna! Our suite was spacious with an incredible view overlooking the entire square, truly unbeatable. The room was very clean and comfortable, making our stay relaxing. If they improve a few of the in-room amenities, it would make the experience absolutely perfect. The only downside was the breakfast, it’s not served in the hotel but in a nearby restaurant, and unfortunately, it was below average compared to the rest of the experience”

“The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The location is great with a nice view of the main square with all of its hustle and bustle. For me, it's why you come to Marrakesh. The room was comfortable, well appointed and clean. It's mostly soundproofed (when the bathroom door is closed), which is good for to the drumming and snake charmer's music coming from the market. One drawback to our room (#110) was the sound of tables and chairs being dragged about on the floor above during the dinner hours. This didn't seem to be a problem after 8pm, but between 6pm and 8pm there was quite a bit of clammering.”
