Manageress Aïcha and her team have truly mastered hospitality. The service, waiting, and housekeeping staff were exceptionally calm, methodical, friendly, respectful, and patient. Mornings began with authentic traditional breakfasts, fresh juices, and flawless coffee from Juno the barista. We enjoyed rejuvenating Flow Yoga sessions with Stephanie at Dar Anis, perfect for both beginners and advanced yogis, alongside Samira’s exceptional wellness treatments hamman within this Riad. Unforgettable highlights included a guided hike to Imlil with Mohammed, a deeply caring Berber guide, and Leila’s delicious, scratch-made authentic dinners. Thoughtful touches, like bringing traditional shawls to our taxi in the pouring rain, defined the service. To MG, the owner: your staff are an absolute credit to you. “We had a wonderful stay at Riad Al Massarah. It is centrally located, without having to walk through remote alleys. The riad is beautifully decorated, with tasteful rooms. The courtyard is a green oasis of calm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with excellent tajines. I highly recommend this place. If you’re there, be sure to ask for a massage from Hannan (No. 5), she has golden hands!”

“We spent 9 wonderful days at Riad al Massarah with our family, and it was an exceptionally positive experience from beginning to end. The location is ideal: close enough to the vibrant life of Marrakech, yet perfectly calm and peaceful. After the intensity of the city, it was always a pleasure to return and relax in the riad or simply spend time on the beautiful rooftop. The atmosphere is serene and welcoming, creating a true sense of refuge. Our rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The level of cleanliness in general was excellent. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. There was not a single request they did not fulfill gladly, always with warmth and professionalism. This made us feel truly cared for during our entire stay. The breakfast was delicious.
