The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. The spa is also outstanding and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!”

“Extremely not recommended for this hotel — I have never experienced such poor service before!Because our luggage was delayed in Morocco, we had to stay one more night in Casablanca, which caused us to arrive one night late at this hotel in Marrakech (we had booked two nights in total). When we arrived, the front desk told us that since we were late by one night, our room had already been given to someone else. The hotel was fully booked, with no spare rooms available, and they refused to issue a refund (even though we had already paid the full amount). Hearing this was absolutely devastating — they gave our room away without even a phone call or email to notify us, and no refund was provided. We felt furious and helpless, having to urgently find another hotel to stay in that night, which was extremely distressing!We have traveled to countless places and stayed at many hotels, but this one is by far the worst we have ever encountered! No sense of responsibility, no service attitude, and no empathy whatsoever!”

“This was a great hotel! The wifi was good and the washrooms were very clean (along with the rest of the room), and smells really good. No complaints about the room whatsoever. Lots of variety with the buffet breakfast. Khalid and Husna were also very kind during our stay. The hotel also offers a shuttle for the airport (150MAD) so it was easy to navigate our time in Marrakech. I highly recommend.”

“We stayed here for three days and can honestly say, our experience from the checkin to check out was flawless. Reception staff was courteous and polite, rooms were spotless with clean linen and bathroom with huge walk in shower. Air conditioning was excellent. Morning breakfast was also good. In terms of the location it was around 20 minutes walk from the old city and plenty of taxis available nearby. All in all, a peaceful stay and would highly recommend staying here!”

“The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The spa was really nice and I would definitely recommend a visit. We were given a room, a very nice, clean room, not a twin as requested but a king-size bed so acceptable. The first night we were unable to sleep due to the outside noise and an issue with the air-conditioning unit. We had someone check our room at around 3am and they promised to move us in the morning because of the noise from the aircon unit. They moved us to a beautiful, very large room, again very clean and well decorated, but the outside noise was still absolutely horrendous. Thankfully my daughter got some noise cancelling earplugs because sleep without them would have been almost impossible. They also only had one iron available and despite asking in numerous occasions we weren't able to gain access to this and therfore couldn't wear what we wanted. The rooftop closed too early for us to be able to visit. The restaurant was nice and we enjoyed the live music and food. The photos on their menu are not what you receive, if they show fries with your food don't expect to receive them! If you choose this hotel take ear plugs!”
