“Absolutely disgusting. This is easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I regret spending even a single night here. The insect problem was unbearable. Bugs were everywhere, making the room feel filthy and completely uninhabitable. Instead of being able to relax, I spent my time checking every corner of the room and feeling uncomfortable the entire stay. Basic cleanliness should be the minimum standard for any hotel, but this place didn’t come close. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and convinced that I had wasted my money. If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, don’t. There are countless other places that will treat their guests with more care and provide a cleaner, more comfortable environment. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.”

“Incredibly friendly staff, well air conditioned rooms. The pool staff were also really nice and welcoming and make sure everyone’s having a good time. Would return. Breakfast isn’t fantastic but for the price I have no complaints.”

“Found a cockroach in the shower 🫣 I went to each in the hotel's restaurant and the service was so slow... it took about 40 minutes for the food to come out. Its location is alright, a bit far from everything though. The pool is nice and so are the views from the rooms.”

“The room is too worn, as are the towels. Toiletries are cheap. Some staff showed notable indifference to our comfort. Loud music hindered pool enjoyment. We had to leave a considerable deposit for a ragged pool towel then wait in line to return it.”
