“Amazing atmosphere and design!! The food was very good! We had the red tuna, black cod, sushi rolls and beef filet. Also tuna tataki and spring rolls fried with chicken!! The service was a bit late but there was at the same time an event happening so maybe that was the reason of the delay! Overall a very nice experience!!”
“Entering the restaurant with a friendly warm welcome. Our waiting was top notch and had cold beer. Atmosphere was nice and the layout of the place was beautiful. There was a lady singing live music with the most stunning voice. Highly recommend”
“We waited about an hour for our table, but it was absolutely worth it! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was amazing. The place is stunning, and both the music and live show were fantastic. We were a group of 10 Portuguese friends and felt right at home. Thank you, BÔ ZIN!”
“Service was horrible They make you wait in the bar area for so long so you can spend money on the drinks before they seat you.Food and drinks were just ok. Don’t recommend it. A lot better places in kech”
“I recently visited your venue and wanted to share some feedback following the experience. Firstly, I’d like to say that the food was excellent—both in taste and presentation. The overall look and vibe of the place were fantastic, creating a really enjoyable atmosphere that we appreciated throughout the evening. However, the service unfortunately did not match the quality of the food and setting. There were noticeable inconsistencies: some tables appeared to receive attentive service, while others, including ours, experienced significant delays and lack of attention. As we were sharing dishes, one person in our group was left without even an empty plate for a period of time, which made it uncomfortable and disrupted the meal. It also seemed that some staff were not fully aware of what was happening in their section, leading to confusion and missed requests. I would also like to add that throughout the evening I made a conscious effort to be polite and respectful to the staff, and this was reciprocated for most of the night. However, around 23:00, the situation changed completely. The open bar was advertised as running until 23:00, but shortly before that time, all waiters disappeared from our section, making it impossible to order a final drink. Then, just after 23:00, a waiter reappeared but refused to take any orders. When we tried to raise the issue, he ignored us and walked away, which came across as quite rude and dismissive. The sudden shift in attitude at that point significantly affected the overall experience and left a very negative impression. Overall, while the food and atmosphere were very enjoyable, the service issues had a noticeable impact on the evening. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used to improve consistency in service going forward.”
“Overall, a very good party experience in Marrakech. We were a group of eight young people looking for a festive night out, and Bo Zin clearly delivered on that aspect. The atmosphere was great, the music was good all night, and the venue itself is beautiful. The private garden areas create a really unique setting, and the dancefloor was more than enough to genuinely enjoy the evening and have fun. The staff was generally efficient, and the place definitely succeeds in creating a high-end nightlife atmosphere. That being said, there are still several points that prevent the experience from matching the pricing. First, the food is clearly overpriced for the actual quality delivered. The dim sum, for example, were disappointing and far below the level you would expect from a restaurant with Asian inspirations at this price point. Another point that really bothered us was the way water was handled at the table. There were apparently several bottle options at different price levels, but we were never given the choice. The waiter directly served the most expensive bottle without asking. When I questioned it, the response was essentially: “I thought you could afford this water, your attitude gave that impression.” That is not the kind of approach expected in hospitality. Upselling is one thing, but clients should always be informed and given the option to choose, especially regarding products with different pricing tiers. So my advice: always double-check prices before accepting anything at the table. Despite that, the overall experience remained very enjoyable thanks to the atmosphere, the music, and the setting. Even with the fight that broke out towards the end of the evening, we still had a very good time overall. A great place to party in Marrakech, but one where you should keep an eye on what is being added to the bill.”
