“Had an absolute awful experience at this salon. The cut and balayage I was given is nothing like inspiration pictures I showed the technician. My cut is completely uneven and my balayage is not blended. I was given a blow out after the cut so it was not very apparent at the time until after I got back to the UK. very dissatisfied with the service and wasn’t worth the price whatsoever !! “I was visiting and ended up going here last minute on January 1. Studio was packed and I appreciate it that they were accommodating. Given I didn’t speak to local language it was a little bit challenging getting a haircut here. I was looking to get a wash and cut and ended up being a wash, cut and dry. The gentleman cutting my hair didn’t speak English we started off on the wrong foot but after a little bit of back-and-forth, he really put an effort to cut my hair. I’m only giving it a three because I wish the service staff took a few minutes to just understand what I was looking for before they would start the service.”
