Les Bains d'Andalous - Spa & Hammam

“I love hammams. This hammam was suggested by our driver Mohamed. I asked for prices ahead of time and he assured me that they were reasonable. When I got there i realized that they were overpriced. They also wouldn’t take credit card payment. I had to borrow cash from my driver to pay. My mom and I got the hammam, mud and massage package. My uncles only got massages. Haja and Aziza were great. It was my mom’s first hammam and she was thoroughly impressed. I gave them a 3/5 for the front desk staff and the policies not for the service rendered.”

“ghizlan and zahra were super helpful! This place is super beautiful and fancy. The steam room was hot but nice wjth the cold water used occasionally. Wonderful scrub with the mitt and a clay mask. My only complaint is I would’ve preferred a longer hair wash, and I didn’t get the pumice stone used on me. The massage after was wonderful. Wonderful oils used and my favorite was the hand/foot massage. Would recommend coming here for a hammam!”

“Relaxing Hammam but service needs improvement on consistency and professionalism. This was my first hammam experience, and unfortunately, it did not fully meet my expectations. Although the hammam itself felt good and relaxing, the overall service lacked consistency and professionalism. We experienced a delay of almost 45 minutes despite arriving on time, and the treatment felt uneven compared to other guests receiving the same service. During the massage, the therapist used their cellphone and spoke with another person, which made it difficult to fully relax. In addition, some promised amenities, such as tea and water, were either forgotten or only provided after asking. I am sharing this feedback not to be negative, but in hopes that the service can become more attentive, consistent, and equitable for all guests. On the other hand, the driver was very nice and very attentive. I appreciated that service.”

“My first ever hammam with a massage I’ve ever done and can’t fault it one bit. We came as a group of 7 from the UK and with an abundance of hammas to choose from, this one came highly recommended. So glad we chose it and feel like we are all walking on clouds. Staff was 10/10 with great vibes and extremely accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!”

“Not worth it. Between AYOUR TOURS and LES BAINS D'ANDALOUS, They do not deliver as advertised. We were not offered mint tea after the hammam. We were not taken back to our hotel after the hammam. We had to call a taxi at extra cost to get back. The hammam was rough and bruising. The waiting and changing areas are too small and uncomfortable. If you are in Marrakech, you will find this hammam advertised on GET YOUR GUIDE. check well that it is not this place, as they do not always show the name of the place when advertised. Rather dubious.”

“I had such an amazing experience at Asmaa Spa! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff were so kind, professional, and attentive, making sure I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit. The treatment itself was incredible — one of the best I’ve ever had! You can really tell that they put care and attention into every detail. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and genuinely pampered. Everything from the cleanliness of the spa to the soothing ambience was perfect. Asmaa and her team are truly exceptional at what they do — I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely the best spa experience I’ve had, and I’ll 100% be coming back!”
