“The whole experience was incredible. The driver Youssef was very kind and helpful. Everyone was soo welcoming when we arrived at the Hammam spa. The place is well equipped and hygienic. We had a traditional Hammam, followed by clay mask, Moroccan tea with biscuits and cake followed by a full body massage. The atmosphere felt very sensational. It’s like we were on a sensory journey throughout, and our body’s felt very relaxed and rejuvenated. All the girls at the spa were amazing. Our first Moroccan Hammam and best spa experience of my life soo far. A must try if you are in Marrakech, I highly recommend it.”

I enjoyed a traditional hammam followed by a relaxing massage, both of which were carried out with great care and skill. A special thank you to Zineb and Karima, who were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout. They made me feel comfortable and truly looked after. I found this spa on Get Your Guide after reading all the amazing reviews and they are absolutely right. This place is the best. The staff are so warm and friendly, and the whole atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I only wish I could go every month as a treat for myself. “It was my first time trying out hammam and it really went so good and I’m still glowing ✨ From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and authentic. The steam room was perfectly warm, opening up my pores and instantly relaxing my body. The exfoliation was incredible — my skin has never felt this soft and refreshed! The staff were so professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Every step of the treatment felt luxurious and rejuvenating. I walked out feeling completely renewed, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend.”

“Reem was amazing and the service was really good! We had Elias as the driver who was really professional. I would recommend Amira och Hanan they were so sweet and friendly during the whole thing and the massage after was just perfection. The receptionist Fatoul was so nice too! “Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the many positive reviews. Even though we had a scheduled appointment, I waited almost an hour before being seen (and only after I personally asked when the massage would begin). The atmosphere in the waiting area was not relaxing, as the choice of music did not suit a spa environment. On the positive side, the music in the massage room was calm and pleasant, which was the only notable highlight. The massage itself was average and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the level of professionalism at reception left a poor impression: sitting on the couch talking on the phone, and communication felt casual and unstructured. Overall, the experience did not justify the expectations or the standard that is being presented.”
