“I had my breakfast here this morning and I had a wonderful experience! The view is breathtaking, the staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the food tasted really good. My family and I ordered “pain perdu”, salmon breakfast and a basket full of fresh and flaky pastry goods. Sundays are quite busy yet the waiters were professional and quick. Definitely recommend👌🏻”
“Situated of the top of a hill, you have a great view over Cabo negro Beach, the atmosphere was nice, service was quick and professional, although the wash rooms didn't have toilet paper... We did try batata bravas the taste was quite authentic. overall good spot”
“Let me start with the impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant!! It was open air, but there were no insects - no flys, no bees, no mosquitoes which validates the cleanliness. Second, the service - A+++++ The attention by the waitstaff was phenomenal, never did I have the opportunity to need something, the staff kept everything right. The views were amazing! We had a seat in the front of the restaurant and were mesmerized by the views - the lights of the town, the roads, the lights of the fisherman on the water, it was gorgeous. The windows were open in a way to maximize the breeze, even on a warm summer night, the breezes were cooling. Last, but definitely not least, the food! The food was amazing, fresh, and seasoned perfectly!! I would suggest anyone trying to decide on a restaurant, to try this 5⭐ restaurant at the beach, you will walk away very satisfied!!”
“Very disappointing experience. The service was slow, the staff were unprofessional and not welcoming, and my order took far too long despite the café not being busy. Customer service needs significant improvement. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.”
“I don't recommend this place at all. I had a disappointing experience with the service at this café. I politely asked one of the staff members for some hot water so I could add it to my tea after drinking a small cup. Instead of responding politely or trying to help, he replied with a rude attitude that made me feel unwelcome. What made the situation even worse was that instead of trying to resolve the issue or improve the customer experience, he pulled out his ID card and showed me his name, as if to say he didn't care if I complained or left feedback. That response came across as unprofessional and dismissive. Good customer service is about treating customers with respect and making an effort to help or resolve concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I hope the café takes customer service more seriously in the future.”
