“We stayed as a family of 4 for 2 nights. First night in the hotel and second in the Desert Camp. The hotel is beautiful; rooms are large and airy and the view from the pool area of the sand dunes is unforgettable. We went on the camel trek into the desert on our second night and stayed in the camp. This was the highlight of our holiday and our children 10 and 8 years old loved the experience, even getting up early to watch the sun rise. The tents are air conditioned with comfortable beds and bathrooms.||A special mention to the hotel staff who stayed up until 11pm to prepare food on our arrival. We were much later than planned and we had assumed we would be straight to bed. The food was great and the service was perfect. All the staff were excellent, and we would love to stay again.”

“The spot of the hotel is great, right at the foot of the dunes. The food, especially the dinner, is excellent and the kitchen staff is friendly. However, the service offered from the rest of the staff was very ordinary, and we had troubles with the hot water in the hotel room. We were disapointed with the fact that the « desert camp » is now located only 500m from the hotel… not the experience we were hoping. We also did not get the music show advertised on the web. The camel ride was a great moment though, highly recommend.”

“This oasis on the edge of the desert is very charming. Staff are polite. Dinner buffet was amazing, breakfast good enough. The sunrise with the camels was a unique and memorable experience. Hotel buildings and the room we were in needed bits of maintenance, some simple stuff like a new light bulbs, other stuff looked to be bigger. We were very happy with our stay on the whole.”

“Wonderful desert experience in Sahara Desert. This inn is beautifully designed to experience Sahara Desert and its unique beauty. It is built on back drops of desert dunes for easy access and connectivity to desert activities. The inn is built in classic architecture consistent with Sahara and surrounding areas. The reception area is air conditioned, warm reception with tea and nuts. Rest area while you waiting for a camel ride. Beautiful pool and great views of sand dunes.|The lodging areas are fully climate controlled tent with private bathrooms. Water temperature is low and if you like hot showers, you will be disappointed. Bonfire and live entertainment is great. We couldn’t continue the music and entertainment due to heavy winds but listening it from the tent past midnight.|Dinner was exceptionally well and breakfast was good. Bottled water was available at check in and dinner.|Staff was extremely friendly.|Cons:|bed were average.|Water was bellow room temperature in shower in the evening and very cold in morning.”
