“Expérience assez mitigée. Côté positif, l'accueil de Kaoutar à la réception et le directeur sont vraiment adorables et arrangeants. L'hôtel est bien pensé, la piscine extérieure est agréable et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Par contre, les matelas sont très inconfortables et les lits doubles sont en fait deux lits simples collés, pas top pour un couple. Les chambres ne sont pas souvent inspectées, donc certaines douches ou prises ne marchent pas. Le jacuzzi n'a que de l'eau tiède, pas chaude, et il n'y a pas de marche pour y entrer.”

“L'hôtel est vraiment superbe, situé dans un cadre naturel calme et magnifique. La chambre est propre et confortable, et le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, avec un service professionnel. À la réception, Kawtar, Souhail et Inssaf sont particulièrement aimables et chaleureux. Ils rendent le séjour bien plus agréable et contribuent vraiment à la qualité de l'endroit. Le restaurant propose une cuisine délicieuse, on se sent comme à la maison. Continuez comme ça et prenez soin de votre équipe. Je suis en chambre 215 et j'y suis encore. Je recommanderai certainement cet hôtel à mes amis canadiens, américains et européens. Merci.”

“My recent stay at the hotel was a positive experience overall, and I'd like to share some thoughts. I ultimately gave a 4-star rating because I left feeling satisfied and with no negative feelings. What I loved: • Exceptional Staff: The team was consistently helpful and friendly, always greeting guests with a smile. • Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax. • Prime Location: The hotel's location is excellent. I visited in the summer and still appreciated the natural, peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views. I plan to return in the spring, as I'm sure the scenery will be even more stunning. • Quality Breakfast: The breakfast was enjoyable, and the food was good. A wider selection of protein options would be a great addition. My reason for dropping one star relates to a few areas that could be improved: • Noise Levels: The loud music from the aqua park made it difficult to take a nap after lunch. Additionally, the poor soundproofing meant that noise from children playing in the hallways was disruptive. • Maintenance: The maintenance of the in-room pool and jacuzzi could be improved. The jacuzzi was not working during my stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and will certainly be back. I hope this constructive feedback helps the owners make improvements to enhance the experience for all guests.”
