“I came here on a weekend trip from Casa to attend Mawazine, acting on a recommendation from a taxi driver. Big mistake. The horrific experience starts right at the main door. The bouncers treated my girlfriend and me like beggars, looking at us suspiciously and demanding to know about reservations without a single smile or ounce of hospitality. It is a terrible first impression. ​While the actual indoor waitstaff were friendly and managed to find us a seat despite the crowd, the communication between the staff is completely broken. I asked about a DJ and was told by one waiter that a DJ was starting in 30 minutes. Half an hour later, a different waiter told me they don't actually have a resident DJ at all, just ambient music, and that I'd have to go upstairs to find a real vibe. Between the arrogant door staff and the clueless communication inside, this place completely failed to deliver a premium experience. We spent a lot of money on cocktails here only to get ping-ponged around the building.”
