Food Quality: Chicken Dish: The stone-cooked corn-fed spatchcock chicken was flavorful but disappointingly dry. The accompanying raw rosemary, presented in a large bunch, was inedible and detracted from the dish's appeal. Lobster Salad: The spiny lobster salad, featuring thyme-marinated cherry tomatoes, lemon zest, and coral sauce, was underwhelming. The combination of flavors felt disjointed and lacked the finesse expected from a high-end establishment. Side Dish: I ordered a side of asparagus, which arrived as only three stems. This portion was not only minimal but also felt inconsiderate, given the restaurant's upscale setting. Service: The service was notably slow, with staff appearing inattentive. Despite the restaurant's reputation for hospitality, my experience was marred by delays and a lack of engagement from the team. Atmosphere: Verdello offers a lively and relaxed atmosphere, embodying Italian hospitality. The ambiance is sophisticated yet casual, providing a pleasant setting for dining. Conclusion: While Verdello's ambiance and location within the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat are commendable, the dining experience fell short due to issues with food quality, portion sizes, and service. For those seeking a refined culinary experience, it may be worth exploring other dining options in Rabat.”

“I went for a dinner for the first time their and definitely it’s my favorite place .from the restaurant entrance to the service to the professionalism of the staff with the lead of Mr Hamza the manager special thanks to him for making sure I enjoyed my dinner his recommandations and steps of service highly appreciated. Make sure to try their home made tiramisu at the end”

I recently dined at Verdello in the Four Seasons, and while the waiters and staff were amazing in every way, attentive, friendly, and very professional. the overall dining experience did not meet expectations.The food quality and preparation were not what one would expect from the Four Seasons, especially considering the cost. The presentation was nice, but the flavors and execution fell short of the standard typically associated with such a prestigious brand.That said, the ambiance was beautiful, and the service team truly did their best to make the evening enjoyable. With some improvements in the kitchen, Verdello could easily live up to the exceptional reputation of the Four Seasons.”
