“I value the quality of the food and the good service. I give respect when it's due; No harm intended, but my girl friend and I were having a lovely dinner, food was excellent, service was kind, music was good, but there's something that didn't sit right with me and still doesn't. We ordered a Paella for 1 person, a chicken tajine, 2 French fries and the account made it to 290$ morrocan dirhams, then I ordered 2 bottles of water(1 liter each) which normally costs 5.95 or 6 morrocan dirhams in any convenience store or supermarket, they changed me 50 morrocan dirhams each which made it a total of 390$ morrocan dirhams which I'll be okay with paying it if it's the truthful price, we told the waitress to remove the water from our account and she said it wasn't possible because then they'll charge her that, so we just payed the 390$dh because we didn't want to cause her any trouble. Now don't get me wrong, I understand in certain establishments they'll price the water around 10 morrocan dirhams or 15 at best, but I just saw it as an insult to think we wouldn't notice they were charging us the tourists faire which led me to not want to leave a tip. If you come here and you're not Moroccan, make sure to double check prices, take pictures of what you're ordering with it's price and keep it until you ask for the check. 50 dh for a bottle of water is crazy when I know it's original price is 5.95 dh.”
“Stopped here for a couple of beers around 9 pm, like in many places in Rabat, the beer was warm. They give you some lame excuses why that is the case. I can't say much about their food as I haven't tried anything, but I don't go back to places that can't even keep their beer cold.”
“Loved the place … Classy and Romantic and if you people enjoy the belly dance yes it’s a good place to be please book on weekends and enjoy your evening. The staff and the person at the gate were so helpful as it was difficult for us to know about the menu 🤪 We came from India 🤗 From Bollywood to The Spanish land … So Team El Chapo great job guys keep it up and will catch up soon will be in Rabat for sometime ❤️!!!”
“The late night elchapo is a zoo. The security at the door are very pleasant but inside the venue is a different story. Rude and indecisive. You get told to move to 1 place then, another member of staff would say not you can't sit or stand there . Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend it at all.”
“very beautiful place, magical show and gourmet cuisine. Big thanks for all the Staff”
“The place is beautiful and the food is great. I highly recommend it. Pros: the food, servers and the people. Con: the place is not designed with anything Spanish. The music was not Spanish at all. Overall review is that if you don’t mind the cons then the place is amazing. I gave it high rating because the food and the server was amazing.”
