“Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. They take reservations but as soon as you arrive, they keep complicating things and do not allow you to enter just because they didn’t tell you about the rules. They waited until all 4 of us arrived and said a 14year old is not allowed, even though the person who took our reservation, said he is allowed. 2. No sweatpants are allowed even though one of us had sweatpants on as a Halloween costume since it was Halloween. And then cherry on top, the person who took the reservation, started screaming and yelling at us. Very disrespectful and unprofessional!”
