“Unacceptable service and deceptive menu. Visited the Mitsuki Rabat Agdal train station branch today (02/07/2026) between 16:00 and 16:45. I ordered a Pad Thai and explicitly asked 3 separate times for it to be spicy. The menu clearly shows a 3-chili scale (🌶️🌶️🌶️), but the dish arrived with zero chili—completely flavorless and sweet. I took a few bites at the beginning and realized it was inedible. When I complained, the cashier ignored us, walked around, and eventually handed me a tiny portion of a generic bottle sauce that wasn't spicy at all. I could literally see a jar of chili crisp in their kitchen and asked for it. The cashier said he’d ask the chef, then just ignored us again to attend to other things while we sat right in front of the stand. We had to get up and ask again. The chef then refused to give the chili crisp, claiming it was "for another dish," and lazily offered a second random sauce container. The chef actually argued that "people usually don't like spicy"—then why advertise a chili scale on your menu? By then, the food was completely cold and the service was insulting. I refused their second sauce, took the plate back to their counter, left it right there, and walked out. Absolute joke of a management team on this shift. Avoid this branch if you want actual Asian food in Rabat.”
“One of my favorite Japanese cuisine restaurants in Rabat. Delicious food and various options. I have ordered on WhatsApp or by calling sometimes and go there pick it up. Great staff and moderate waiting time, except for once but I'd overlook it given the quality of their dishes and good service overall”
“It's the second time that I go there , it's at the train station's food court. The first time I tried the wok which was reaaally good , and the second time i tried the sushi which was good too except the spring rolls that I didn't like. I recommend very much.”
“Ordered 50 piece delivery. Pretty good. A lot is surimi - not my fav. Well presented. Tasty. Sauces all there. Great value for money”
“Please don't get me started on the bellow average food they serve. One time I almost gagged at how bad the food was. And i thought i was at fault cause I was a beginner in asian food or maybe the food is supposed to taste that bad. But then i went to other restaurants i absolutely enjoyed it. I do not recommend.”
“Waited 20 minutes for a dim sum. The quality wasn't bad but wasn't good. It was average quality. It costed 44 DH. Overpriced, slow, and average quality. Not coming back.”
