“The reception staff were helpful and their service was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very frustrating due to the unprofessional behavior of the lifeguard. Due to a coordination error, the reception did not provide me with a pool ticket. When the lifeguard asked for it, I explained the situation and showed him the payment invoice, but instead of understanding, he started insulting me for no reason. This behavior from an employee is unacceptable and reflects a real issue with staff management.”

“At the most I would rate this a 2 star hotel. We were told it is the best in town but apart from the view and a small terrace there is little to recommend it.|The evening meal was horrible with no choice of food and the breakfast was worse. There was no kettle and no hairdryer. Strangely enough there is a bar where you can get a bottle of wine for 20 euros.|It's a pity because Safi is a nice town.”

“This is not a hotel it’s a swamp This is the most disgusting place I have ever been to, if I could give them 0 starts I would they don’t pick up the phone the place is filthy and old nothing works no air conditioner no towels and no breakfast I was supposed to stay there for two night I called it quits in 6 hours The staff was friendly the view i great but as a hotel the roadway motels are way better this is not a 4star hotel it’s a 0 at best. I’m not the kind to complain but it was that bad I wouldn’t recommend it to any one”
