“This place is pretty spectacular. It's right in the Medina of Safi. The owner is super friendly and smart. The rooms were clean and there is a great view from the roof. It might be tricky to find the first time, but that's part of the adventure and charm. It's a really cool place!”
“Wonderful riad. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Amazing breakfast and dinner provided by the wonderful mama there.|Immaculately clean bedroom and bathroom. The decorations are phenomenal. So much attention to detail and extremely tastefully decorated in the Moroccan style. A true gem in Safi.|Excellent location. Perfect place.”
“I recently stayed at a Riad in Morocco and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The place itself had a lovely ambiance and the staff, especially the women, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their warm hospitality was truly a highlight of our trip. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, the entrance to the Riad could use some attention. It didn't make the best first impression and could be more inviting. Additionally, while the rooms were decent, they could benefit from a bit of upgrading to enhance the overall comfort and aesthetics. Despite these minor shortcomings, I would still recommend this Riad. The welcoming atmosphere and the wonderful staff make it a worthwhile choice. Just keep in mind the entrance and room conditions when considering your stay.”
“We came here the first time over ten years ago and I thought it was magical. We came back for Valentines Day in 2025 and it was even better. Fantastic place, excellent hostesses who had the best hospitality we’ve ever received ( and were genuinely pleased to see us) and wonderful rooms. Old style Moroccan hospitality. Can’t recommend enough”
“Awesome little hotel located in one of the side streets of the old Medina of Safi. Good quality of everything, nice beds, clean rooms, lovely décor. We had breakfast on the rooftop - a good one, plus an amazing view across the city centre and over the sea. If you're ever in town - do consider staying here.||Improvement points:|1. WiFi was functioning well in some areas, but still was quite limited. |2. There was no hairdryer in the room for what I remember.”
“This is a lovely traditional Riad in the nicest section of Safi. With friendly staff, a very pleasant breakfast, a delightful roof terrace and a comfy room, this is clearly one of the most desirable places to stay in this city, although I fear there is a low bar here in this respect. The riad is at the bottom of the interesting (and reasonably priced) market, and is easy to find, if you ask a local for help. We slept well in the beds and enjoyed the peace the residence provided, but we were not given the room we booked (two singles, instead of a double), the toilet paper was on the cheap end of the spectrum, and the wifi was a bit sketchy. I would recommend staying here despite these small issues, and I would return if I ever go back to Safi. Which I will not.”
