Hôtel Riad Asfi

“The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and facilities were subpar. Throughout the day, I was constantly disturbed by construction and machinery noises coming from the first floor, as the hotel decided to undertake renovation work without prior notice. I have a video to corroborate this.The breakfast was also disappointing; it was not fresh and lacked quality i have attached the breakfast photo and what ever you see in the photo is the only breakfast you get nothing more or less every day. Although breakfast hours were supposed to be from 8 to 11 AM, the breakfast area was never open at 8 AM. I had to wait outside until 8:15 or 8:20 AM. When I finally entered at 8:20, the tables were still cluttered with used plates from the previous night, and the staff only cleaned them in the morning. By the time I could have my breakfast, it was almost 9 AM. i have attached the photo where you can see staff is cleaning the table for the left over from last nightDuring one night, the lights went out on the third floor. I reported this to the reception, but the staff member had no idea what I was trying to explain. I had to bring them to the third floor to show that there was no light. They opened the electrical panel but still had no clue how to fix the issue. I ended up troubleshooting the electrical panel myself, turning off all the switches and then switching them back on one by one until the problem was resolved.Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I will never stay at this hotel again.”

“I stayed one night here in this hotel. I got a twin bed room for me and my sister. Reception staff are amazingly friendly. The hotel is new and all seems great except that some things are getting broken and lack maintenance. Room is great and very confortable beds. TV and private bathroom. Bathroom toilet is broken on the flush deposit, and also after shower all gets full of water since there's not build correctly. Also when I hang my towel the hunger fell on the floor. I had the chance of meeting the hotel owner during great breakfast. friendly guy but has no idea that his hotel is getting too many small problems of maintenance. I hope he fixes and keeps this hotel the best in the region. it has great potential. views from the upper restaurant windows are really nice. i was able to park my car right in front of the hotel door. i recommend this hotel.”

“It is a good place to stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work in our room. But the bed was comfortable and the room clean. The most attractive thing was the view on the 5th floor where you can have breakfast”

“It is located right next to the sea and Madina. The restaurant offers a nice view and serves very nice food. The hotel is family-owned and the owners make great efforts to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The only downside is that the air conditioning is very noisy and the auto stop-start feature wakes you up all night. Additionally, the bathroom needs updating, and guests have to carry their bags to the first floor reception.”
