“Very disappointing experience with Villanovo. While the booking process was smooth, the stay and especially the post-stay management were far below expectations. During our stay at Villa Lauryn in Marrakech, several issues occurred: – The pool (one of the main features, for which we paid heating) was only usable for one day – The hammam was not operational – There were construction works at the villa that had not been communicated – The service was inconsistent, with poor coordination and lack of flexibility – We were charged for transport despite having prepaid a driver – We were billed 1,400€ for groceries and meals without any breakdown However, the most concerning issue is the complete lack of response afterwards. Despite multiple follow-ups and formal communication, we have not received any meaningful reply or proposal from Villanovo. This is not acceptable for a company operating in this segment.”
