“We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, the owner was friendly and helpful. Superb views and atmosphere (especially at night) and great breakfast. If you’re staying in Tangier, I would recommend it.”
“The owners are nice and welcoming, they make sure you are comfortable. The rooms are okay, clean to be honest, but I've seen two cockroachs, I guess they should handle the small infestation they have, also they provide standard shampoo and soap, but I'd have loved some toothpaste. Also the rooms were a bit hot, I think they hold previous heatwaves heat. I know Tangier can be very expensive in the summer, so I'm very satisfied with the experience overall, especially the emplacement and the traditional rooftop!”
“A little tricky to find, but once you do, it’s easy to remember your bearings and this place is so central. The host is friendly and helpful, the room and bed were really comfortable and the dar has plenty of character with a lovely rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served.”
“Dar Nakhla is located in a beautiful area of the medina, and is a well-priced typical and authentic riad. We were disappointed with the lack of communication from our host, who informed us that breakfast would be between 9 and 11am the morning of our departure. We had to be at the airport that morning, and by 9:30 had no choice but to find breakfast elsewhere because we had no news from our host, and the riad was completely empty. We understand that during Ramadan hours may be different, but expect communication to be clear all the same. I messaged our host and asked about breakfast - I write this review several hours later, still with no response.”
“Vey good experience. Nice and welcoming staff. Amazing breakfast. They helped us orienting in the Medina and also come and get us from the airport (and the plane was 1 hour late so they also endure the extra time without asking for any extras). Really nice people, beautiful clean place with amazing interior decorations. Amazing location right in the heart of the Medina. Highly recommend.”
“I was surprised by how clean is the place , the house is so welcoming it have a vibe of a home . I felt like going to my granny s house . The staff are super nice make you feels welcomed . The room is so clean an tiddy . The roof have an amazing view and the breakfast was tasty . I really loved the place and totally recommend it”
